装煤烟尘是焦炉生产的三大污染源之一,文中分析了装煤机械除尘和喷射消烟除尘的几种方案,重点介绍了泰钢装煤除尘选用的烟气燃烧湿法除尘工艺及特点。运行效果表明,除尘后污染物的排放远低于国家标准。
Coal charging emissions are one of three most serious pollution sources in coke oven production. Several processes of mechanical dust collection and spraying emission control for charging are analyzed in the paper. Emphasis is given to the descriptions of the emission combustion wet dust collection process selected for the dust collection for charging in Taishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd and its features. The operation result shows that the content of pollutants in discharged gas after dust collection are far lower than that of the national standard.'
