Development of Trouble Diagnosis Expert System for Desulphurization with Amine Process

根据宝钢化工公司二期脱硫的实际运行情况,结合生产操作经验,建立了数学模型和专家知识库。开发了胺法脱硫工艺故障诊断的专家系统,对提升煤化工生产操作有一定的借鉴。

According to the actual operation conditions of phase Ⅱ desulpherization of the Chemical Company Limited, Bao Steel, Shanghai and in combination with production operation experience, the mathematic model and expert knowledge base are established and the trouble diagnosis expert system for desulphurization with amine process is developed. This can be used for reference for upgrading the production operation of coal chemical industry.
