摘要 研制了中药有效成分超声波双频湍动萃取装置。频率为57kHz的破碎超声探头挂在罐体中央上方,频率为28kHz的8个超声探头粘在罐体四壁外侧,对罐内溶液中的植物细胞实施攻击破壁和传振空化作用。罐内设有对溶液进行喷射、涡漩的气体搅拌系统和冷凝回流控温系统,罐底设负压吸渣系统。对葛根素进行20min萃取,萃取率达98.3%。该装置操作简单,耗能低,特别适用于恒稳、易挥发介质中有效成分的萃取。 An ultrasonic double-frequency turbulent extraction equipment has been developed for extracting effective ingredients in medicinal plants. The 57kHz ultrasonic probe is hung in the tank, at the center of the upperside. Its main function is to break the cellular wall. Eight 28kHz ultrasonic probes are adhered to the external wall of the tank to perform the function of cavitation. A gas-agitating system for spraying and eddying the solution and a reflux condensation temperature control system are provided. At the bottom of the tank, there is a negative-pressure residue sucting system. The puerarin was extracted for 20 min and the extraction rate was 98.3%. The equipment is easy to operate, low in energy comsumption and especially suitable for extracting effective ingredients in static and volatile mediums.
