The authors comprehensively have analyzed the impact on the provincial social, economic, environmental and water sectors by the South-North Water Transfer Project. The paper has proposed to reshuffle the managerial structures of water resources, to construct the new pattern system of the city water supply, to finally realize sustainable development of water resources.
