Zhuolu County lies between the northern part of the Taihang Mountain and the southern part of the Yanshan Mountain. The special natural and geographical condition leads to the shortage of water resources. According to the situation of water resources in Zhuolu, water saving mode and water resources utilization methods are discussed, including constructing managing system, enforcing infrastructure construction, adopting advanced water saving irrigation technology, strengthening soil and water conservation, and using propaganda. This research is important to improve social and economical development.
