摘要
本文对游泳训练三个月后的C_(57)BL/6小鼠NK细胞杀伤功能和脾细胞IL-2产生能力进行了研究。观察到NK细胞杀伤活性在每日训练30分钟和60分钟组分别较对照组上升20.1%(p<0.001)和16.5%(p<0.01),每日训练2小时组有降低趋势;脾细胞IL-2产生能力在60分钟组明显增强,30和120分钟组无显著性差异;NK细胞杀伤活性和脾细胞IL-2产生水平的改变有一定的相关性(r=0.22)。
This study was designed to examine the effect of 3-month-swimming training on cytotoxic activity of natural killer cells and splenic cell IL-2 production in mice.Compared with the controls, NK cell cytotoxic activity in both 30 and 60 minute group increased by 20.1% and 16.5% respectively,and it decreased in 120 minute group.IL-2 production increased in 60 minute training group while there was no change in 30 and 120 minute training group. The cytotoxic activities of NK cell were correlated with the splenic cell IL-2 production levels(r=0.22).The results showed that the functions of immune cells in the trained mice varied with the training duration and there were interactions among all immune cells. Regular and moderate exercise training may promote the function of NK cell and T cell while overtraining may damage or inhibit NK cell function.
