摘要
以无菌水为对照,以ND种衣剂及另五种新型种衣剂为处理,通过抑菌试验、有重复二因素方差分析及多重比较初步研究了六种衣剂对大豆根腐病菌——尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)的抑制效果。结果表明:化控种衣剂Ⅰ对大豆根腐病菌具有明显的抑制作用,其效果略好于ND种衣剂;生物化控种衣剂Ⅱ对大豆根腐病菌具有抑制作用,但效果不佳。
Through the experiment of inhabitting pathogen, repeated variance analysis of two facts and multiple compare, the paper primarily studies six kinds of seed coating resisting effect on Pathogen of Soybean Root Rot (Fusarium oxysporum) by the control of germfree water and the treatment of ND seed coating as well as five kinds of new seed coating. The results showed that chemical control seed coatingⅠhas obvious inhibitting effect on Pathogen of Soybean Root Rot, and is slight better than ND seed coating; Biochemical control seed coatingⅡalso has the function of inhabitting pathogen of soybean root rot, but its inhibitting effect is not good.
