摘要
本文对测量关节接触面积和接触压力分布的两种方法进行了探讨,为人类关节创伤的生物力学研究提供了一种可靠的测试方法。染色法测量关节接触面积,测试结果可靠,但不能反映接触压力和压力分布情况,虽然压敏片有7.85%的压力信息丢失,它却能测试关节的接触压力和压力分布。
Two methods for measuring articular contact area and pressure distribution were discussed in this experiment.It provided an effective means for biomechanical studies of human joints'injury.Dye method was reliable for determining the articular contact area,but it was not able to reflect the situations of contact pressure and pressure distribution. Pressure sen sitive film,although 7.85 percent of its pressure information was lost,was capable of testing the articular contact pressure and pressure distribution.
