冠状动脉代偿性扩张与脂质代谢异常关系的初步探讨——血管内超声研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用血管内超声方法探讨冠状动脉代偿性扩张与脂质代谢异常关系。方法:经冠状动脉造影检查确定单支局限性病变的患者40例,测定基础血脂,并通过血管内超声了解病变部位是否发生代偿性扩张并确定斑块性质。结果:同无代偿性扩张组相比,代偿性扩张组血清总胆固醇(TC)水平较高(5.33±0.68对4.72±0.85,P<0.05),软斑块所占比例较大(65%对30%,P<0.05),两组血清甘油三酯(TG)水平及斑块负荷无明显差异。结论:高胆固醇血症有利于血管发生代偿性扩张,病变部位斑块不稳定。 Objective To explore the relationship between coronary artery compensatory enlargement and dyslipidemia by intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) imaging. Methods Forty patients with single segment local coronary artery lesion were selected by coronary arteriography and then underwent basal blood lipid level test. Coronary artery compensatory enlargements were detected by intravascular ultrasound imaging and plaque characteristics were indentified. Results Compared with the group without coronary artery compensatory enlargement the group with compensatory enlargement had higher blood total cholesterol level (5.3340±0.6833 vs. 4.7185±0.8454,P<0.05) and more soft plague (65% vs. 30% P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood triglyceride level and plague burden between the two groups. Conclusion Hypercholesterolemia may lead to coronary artery compensatory enlargement and unstable plaque in the lesion site.
