摘要
目的:探讨在线(in-line)去白细胞全血的质量,以及在临床应用的效果。方法:将102名患者随机分成两组,实验组(n=51)输用了去白全血112袋,对照组(n=51)输未经过滤的全血114袋。结果:实验组仅有1例发生输血反应(皮疹),输血反应发生率1.96%(1/51),对照组有5例发生输血反应(皮疹、发热),输血反应发生率为9.80%(5/51)。结论:去白全血输血反应发生率大大低于未经过滤的全血。
Objective To discuss the quality and clinic application of in-line leukocyte-depleted whole blood. Methods 102 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Experiment groupn=51 112 bags leukocyte-depleted whole blood were transfused. Control group n=51 114 bags non-filtration whole blood were transfused. Results 1 patient occurs tranfusion reaction in experiment group. Transfusion reaction rate 1.96%1/51 5 patients occurs transfusion reaction in control group tranfusion reaction rate 9.80%5/51. Conclusion Transfusion reaction rate of leukocyte-depleted whole blood is lower than that of non-filtration whole blood.
