运动训练对冠状动脉的影响

The Effect of Exercise Training on Coronary Artery

本文报告２例从事规则运动训练运动员冠状动脉造影结果，结合二维超声心动图、运动应激试验和心脏电生理检查，认为运动训练引起冠状动脉、心脏结构和心电图变化是长期训练引起的适应性变化。

Two athletes who had engaged in regular exercise training were studied by coronar angiography,2D echocardiography,stress testing and cardiac electrophysiology,The results showed that the diameter of right coronary artery(RCA)increased in case 1 and the upper limit of the normal range in case 2.The diameter of left coronary artery(LCA)also increased in case 1 and was normal in case 2.The septum and left ventricular posterior wall dimension increased in case 1.The cardiac electrophysiology was normal in case 2 with frequent premature ventricular contraction.It was considered that all these were changes due to regular exercise training.
