雌激素与糖尿病肾病 被引量:2

摘要 雌激素可通过调节血管紧张素(ANG)-Ⅱ受体亚型间的比例、促进ANG-Ⅱ向舒血管的ANG-(1-7)的转化等,抑制肾内高表达的ANG-Ⅱ对糖尿病肾病(DN)发生、发展的促成作用;维持肾脏正常功能必需的一氧化氮(NO)的合成和功能,抑制过量NO的生成,调节NO系统在DN不同阶段病理生理过程中的作用;并通过对基质金属蛋白酶、转化生长因子-β作用的调节,影响细胞外基质代谢等机制而发挥肾保护作用。
