摘要
水运工程的造价管理工作贯穿于项目周期全过程。对设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算等每一阶段的造价控制进行了初步分析。
The cost management of a water transport engineering project shall be conducted in the whole process of the project, and in this paper, the control of project cost in different phases including engineering design, invitation to bid, construction and final account on completion are preliminarily analyzed.
