摘要
以典型煤炭泊位港区为例,结台环境空气质量控制目标,从区域环境出发进行宏观规划,建立基本的污染源,地区污染气象和污染物扩散浓度的动态响应关系及多源优化模型,研究提出了一种比较适合以营运大宗散货为主的交通港口区域总悬浮微粒(TSP)环境容量规划和计算方祛。
Based on the research of the bulk cargo port area of the specialized coal parking,a dynamic responding relationship and multi-dimensional optimizing model was established,in which basic pollution.sources,regional,topographical and meteorologic condition,and pollutants diffusing concentration are the relevant elements。Meanwhile,the standard of the local environmental air quality control,and the situation of the local environment were considered,and a macro-programming was made from the viewpoint of sustainable development.As a result,a computing method was advanced for calculating the TSP environmental capacity in traffic port area which typically transact large-sized bulk cargo.
