Psychological status among psychology clinic visitors in mental hospital

目的探讨精神病医院心理咨询来访者的心理状态.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对每位来访者进行测试,测试结果用'WJZ心理测验与统计软件系统'进行分析.结果604例来访者的9个症状因子分波动在2.01～3.26分,与国内常模比较,差异有显著性意义(U检验,P＜0.01).按SCL-90测验所得分≥3分来划分是否存在心理问题,男性380例中有45～135例(11.8～38.7%)存在心理问题,女性224例中46～164例(20.5～73.2%)出现心理问题.结论精神病医院心理咨询来访者都有负性心理,女性心理咨询来访者更明显,但并非全部存在心理障碍.多数来访者经心理医生治疗、教育、解释后能迅速纠正自己心态.

[Objective] To study psychological status among psychology clinic visitors in mental hospital. [Methods] Psychology clinic visitors were assessed using self-report Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Data of 604 participants are statistically analyzed using 'WJZ psychological test and statistics software system'. [Results] Nine of factor scores are fluctuated between 2.01 to 3.26. They were significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.01) . If one with the score from SCL-90 higher or equal to 3 was considered to have psychological disorder, our study showed 45~135/380 11.8%~38.7% of the male psychology clinic visitors had psychological disorder while 46~164/224 20.5%~73.2% of the female psychology clinic visitors had this disorder. [Conclusion] All psychology clinic visitors have negative psychological status, especially female psychology clinic visitors. However, not all of them have psychological disorder. Most of them will quickly improve after psychological treatment, education and interpretation.
