小剂量多虑平、诺为联合治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of functional dyspepsia treated with small dose doxepine and trimebutine

目的探讨小剂量多虑平、诺为联合治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法对50例FD随机分为两组,分别用多虑平+诺为或单用诺为治疗,4周后分别观察其临床症状、抑郁状态及疗效对比。结果用多虑平+诺为治疗FD,在临床症状及抑郁状态上的总疗效优于对照组。总疗效对比:治疗组的总疗效明显好于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。药物治疗的副反应:两组副作用均少,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应用小剂量盐酸多虑平、诺为联合治疗FD疗效好,用药方便,副作用少。

[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of functional dyspepsia (FD) treated with small dose Doxepine and Trimebutine. [Methods] 50 cases, random classified to two groups, the curative group, treated with small dose Doxepine and Ruolles, the control group treated with Trimebutine. After four weeks, observed the two groups' the clinical symptom, depression stage and curative effect. [Results] The curative group's effect was better than the control group's about clinical symptom and depression stage. All of the curative effect: the curative group's effective rate was higher than the control group, the difference was obvious (P <0.01). The side effect of drug therapy: two groups's side effect was very small, there's not obvious difference (P >0.05). [Conclusion] Treat FD with small dose Doxepine and Trimebutine, the curative effect is obvious and the side effect is small.
