This paper reviewed the formation theory, harm and the main pollutionways of the eutrophic water body. And then it raised a series of effective measures andremediation technologies. Furthermore, the article pointed out that the controlling of the eutrophic water body is a very complicated project, in which, implement must becarried out stage by stage, based on controlling the source of pollution andemphasizing on carrying on the ecological remediation and perfecting themanagement countermeasures.
