摘要
为了观察仙芦抗癌胶囊抗肿瘤作用机制.采用红细胞免疫黏附方法观察红细胞免疫功能,采用比色法观察红细胞膜唾液酸含量.结果表明仙芦抗癌胶囊能够升高S180荷瘤小鼠和H22荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫黏附肿瘤细胞的花环率,升高S180荷瘤小鼠和H22荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜表面唾液酸含量.因此仙芦抗癌胶囊通过升高荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜表面唾液酸含量,从而恢复荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能进而达到抗肿瘤作用.
To study the anti-tumor mechanism of Xianlu Kang'ai capsule. Ability of immune adherent tumor cells were carried out to study the red cellular immunity, chromatometry was adopt to study sialic acid content of red cell membrance of tumor-bearing mice. Results showed that ability of immune adherent tumor cells of S_(180) and H_(22) tumor-bearing mice as well as sialic acid content was able to be improved by Xianlu Kang'ai Capsule. Thereby, The antitumor activity of Xianlu Kang'ai capsule is its action to increase the sialic acid conten of red cell membrance to recover the red cellular immunity.
