摘要
从天然植物次生代谢产物中寻找高效毒的抗癌活性成份以制成抗癌新药,已经成为抗癌药研制的重要内容之一.从次生代谢产物的角度阐述了植物次生代谢产物的特性以及具有抗癌生物活性的植物次生代谢产物——生物碱、萜类、苷及皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类、香豆素类化合物的几种类型,并对从植物中寻找抗癌活性成分进行展望.
It is one of important research that anti-cancer activity Compositions with high efficiency and low toxicity were found from plant secondary metabolites. Characteristics of plant secondary metabolites were expatiated and several kind of active anticancer plant secondary metabolites (including alkaloid, terpene, glucoside and terpenoids, flavone, amylase, coumarin and lignan) are introduced in this paper, and research prospect were discussed in search of anticancer activity compositions from plant.
