摘要
振动方向角和电机转速对粮食清理设备的振动体制和物料推进速度有很大影响.编程计算了能使颗粒滑动的电机临界转速和不同电机转速状况下颗粒滑动的原始相位、稳定相位、每周期内的下滑位移、上滑位移、平均推进速度等振动效果参数.分析总结了两因素对振动效果特性的影响,为实际生产、新产品设计和理论教学提供了参考.
<Abstrcat>Vibrating direction angle and motor speed has great impact on the vibrating system and stuff feed speed of grain clearing equipment. The motor critical speed for sliding particles and the vibrating effect parameters such as original phase, stable phase, downslide displacement and upward slide displacement in each cycle, average feed speed for sliding particles in varying motor speed conditions are calculated by programming in this paper. The rules for the two factors impacting on vibrating effect are analyzed and summarized and the guide is provided for the practical production, new products design and theoretical teaching.
