摘要
首次讨论了烧碱蒽醌法麦草浆的裂断包络曲线,并与硫酸盐针叶木浆及亚硫酸盐法荻苇浆比较。同时研究了麦草浆分别添加827树脂、TDC树脂或PAE材脂后对其断络线的影响。结果表明:a.烧碱蒽醌法麦草浆的断络线与针叶木浆相近而优于亚硫酸镁法荻苇浆;b.添加827材脂或TDC树脂可以使浆料的断络线朝有利于改善浆料抄造性能的方向移动,且可改善浆料的滤水性能与初始湿强度。
The'failure envelope'curve is used for evaluating the runnability of a pulp in papermaking.The'failure envelope'curve of a bleached Soda-AQ wheat straw pulp was compared with the KP softwood pulp and sulfite reed pulp. The influence of 827 resin,TDC resin and PAE resin on the runnability (including wet webtensile index, rupture-work,'failure envelope'curves and drainage property)of wheat straw pulp was studied. The results show that(a) the 'failure envelope'curve of the Soda-AQ wheat straw pulp is similiar to that of softwood pulp but berter than that of the sulfite reed pulp;(b) the 827 or TDC resin can improve the 'failure envelope' curve,drainage property and wet web strength of wheat straw pulp,but no such effect is found for PAE resin.
