对加强师德建设的思考

ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF TEACHER'S ETHICS

加强师德建设,一是要贯彻落实《教师法》,明确教师的权利和义务,增强法律意识,建立健全考评制度等;二是要发挥教师的主观能动性,自我教育,自我管理,自我约束,靠自我修养铸师魂。只有他律和自律相结合,强制和慎独并用,师德才能达到较高的境界和水平。

<Abstrcat>There are two aspects that should be strengthened in the construction of the teachers' ethics.On one hand, we should carry out the Law of The People's Republic of China on Teachers, clarify teachers' rights and duties,enhance the consciousness of law,establish a completed system of examination and evaluation and build up teachers' ethics through management;On the other hand,we should bring their subjective initiative into full play,educate,manage and restraint ourselves,and create a perfect teacher's image with self-cultivation.Teachers' ethics cannot reach a higher realm and level unless discipline and self-discipline are combined and compulsion and consciousness are integrated.
