摘要
讨论了木质素分离机在造纸厂的工业性应用，来自碱法制浆不同方法、不同工艺条件的黑液通过专门设计木质素分离机，获得纯度达８０％左右的工业木质素（对非木材原料），其分离液清，黑液的ＣＯＤ去除率达６０％～８０％。木质素分离机实现了连续性生产，为减少黑液对环境的污染提供了一条实用的工业生产路线。
The practical application of lignin separator in some paper mills are discussed.The alkaline pulping black liquor obtained from different processes and different technical conditions was got through the lignin separator which was specially designed.The lignin with 80% pureness for non-wood raw materials was obtained.The separated liquor was very clean and 60% ～80% COD was removed.A continuous-running was fully realized with this lignin separator.A possible practical production line to solve environmental pollution from black liquor was provided.
