Forming Fabrics Cleaning with High-Pressure Showers

根据高压喷水装置特性参数的变化对成形网的清洗效果及损伤程度的影响，论述了正确选择特性参数的方法，特别论述了通过正确选择适用于低速纸机高压喷水装置的特性参数，以达到改进高压喷水装置的目的。

High-pressure showers are being widely used in forming sections of paper machines for forming fabrics cleanig.The methods to correctly select characteristic parameters of the showers are suggested based on the dependence of cleaning effects and the damaging degree of the fabrics on the variation of characteristic parameters of high-pressure showers. Correct selection of the characteristic paramenters of the showers particularly for low speed machine is discussed.
