Fibromatosis-like spindle cell carcinoma of breast

目的 探讨乳腺“纤维瘤病样”梭形细胞癌的临床病理特点。方法 观察 3例乳腺“纤维瘤病样”梭形细胞癌的病理形态学改变和免疫表型。结果 3例“纤维瘤病样”梭形细胞癌均由“纤维瘤病样”梭形细胞构成 ,而且均有cytokeratin(AE1 AE3)、vimentin和SMA表达。结论 乳腺“纤维瘤病样”梭形细胞癌容易误诊。需和纤维瘤病、结节性筋膜炎。

Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological features of fibromatosis-like spindle cell carcinoma in the breast. Methods Three cases of fibromatosis-like spindle cell carcinoma of the breast were observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemical technique. Results All cases were composed of fibromatosis-like spindle cells, and expressed AE1/AE3, vimentin and SMA. Conclusions The fibromatosis-like spindle cell carcinoma of the breast is easy to be misdiagnosed. It should be distinguished from fibromatosis, nodal fascitis and low-grade spindle cell sarcoma.
