摘要
文章从制度经济学的层面,运用博弈论的方法来分析WTO,指出最惠国待遇原则和多边争端解决机制是WTO规则体系中最重要的制度安排;并分析了WTO制度的供给,阐释了WTO制度的俱乐部产品属性、WTO制度的网络特征等;最后利用一个收益不对称的智猪博弈模型,分析了权力结构的变动所引致的WTO制度变迁。
The paper makes analysis of the WTO on the basis of the game theory and the new institutional economics. It holds that MFN and DSM are the most important institutions of the WTO; moreover, discussion is carried out about the supply of the WTO system, characteristics of the property rights and its network, etc. It points out that the benefit distribution through the WTO negotiation is unfair. In the end, the paper uses a boxed-pigs model to analyze the WTO institutional changes incurred by the power-structure alternation.
