摘要 国家建设需要大量能够使用英语直接参与国际合作和竞争的各科人才,全英教育是培养这些人才的有效途径。全英教育应当适应学生的英语水平,师资必须具有较高的英语能力以及专业资格;课程设置应当强调所学专业的系统性,每门课程必须具有明确的专业教学目标,教学中应当注重理论知识实践操作,培养学生的能力。 The BBA program of GDUFS aims to develop professional talents who, equipped with sufficient competence for all the business-related disciplines to be commanded through English immersion education, are able to employ English in international cooperation and competition involving business activities after graduation. The paper makes a sum-up of the course design and implementation of the approach in the following aspects: the requirement for qualified teachers with both professional knowledge and competent English abilities; the systematic arrangement of the subjects with each one having its clear-cut academic objectives; the English immersion education, which is tuned to satisfy the learners' English-level, and focused on integration of the theoretic knowledge with practical operation so as to develop their all-round capabilities.
