摘要
在法律制度与法律教育国际化趋势的背景下,法律课程的全英教学已成为中国法学教育必须研究与实践的重要课题。文章结合涉外型大学人才培养的特色及自己从事《国际经济法》等法律课程全英教学的实践,阐述了全英教授《国际经济法》等法律课程的一些做法,并在此基础上分析了法律课程全英教材的选择标准、学生学习思维模式转变等问题,提出了初步的课程建设设想。
The international trend in legal education and vacancies for legal professionals with proficient English make it an urgent need to teach law courses in English in China. The paper, based on a sum-up of the personal teaching experience, discusses the choices of English textbooks for law courses, the shift in students' way of learning and teaching methods. It concludes with some constructive suggestions about the courses development.
