棉铃虫和烟青虫取食诱导的烟草挥发物吸引棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂 被引量:12

摘要 利用风洞测试了棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂对棉铃虫和烟青虫取食诱导烟草挥发物的行为反应,并通过GC-MS对挥发物组分进行了定性和定量分析.行为测试结果表明,被棉铃虫和烟青虫取食的烟草对棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂有很强的吸引作用.机械损伤的烟草,用2种昆虫的反吐液或用蒸馏水处理伤口,都比未受损伤的烟草能够吸引更多的寄生蜂.GC-MS分析发现,未受损伤烟草的挥发物中只有4种成分,而棉铃虫和烟青虫取食,或机械损伤处理诱导烟草释放出13种共同的化合物.此外,化合物β-蒎烯仅在棉铃虫取食诱导的烟草挥发物中出现,顺-3-已烯醛只被棉铃虫和烟青虫取食诱导而不被机械损伤诱导,而乙酸已酯只在机械损伤处理烟草释放的挥发物中可检测到.2种昆虫取食烟草释放的挥发物总量彼此没有差异,但均高于未受损伤烟草释放的挥发物总量.机械损伤并用2种昆虫的反吐液或蒸馏水处理烟草,其释放的挥发物总量相似,且均高于未受损伤烟草释放的挥发物总量.不同处理间单个化合物的释放量也有差别,但以昆虫取食处理与机械损伤处理间的差别较大,而2种昆虫取食之间,以及机械损伤处理之间的差别较小.
