Characterization of the Mechanical Properties of Coatings

摘要 根据所表征镀层的力学性能和实际应用之间的关系,将表征方法分为两类:基本性能与使用性能的表征。综述了这两类常用的性能表征方法及其优缺点。初步讨论了一些新方法如镀层冲击试验和超声波冲蚀试验,前者可用来分析膜基体系的结合强度或冲击韧度,后者可提供膜基结合强度的更多信息。还介绍了台架试验与实物试验。 According to the properties of coatings and their relation to practical use, the methods for the characterization of coatings can be classified as two types, i. e. fundamental properties and properties related to practice use. The experimental methods recently developed to characterize mechanical properties of coatings are introduced in detail, including their principles, differences and advantages. Some new techniques are also introduced such as the coating impact test which allows the adhesive strength and even the impact toughness of the coating and substrate system to be estimated.
