甲醛处理果蝇生物学效应的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在封闭的玻璃缸中定时加入甲醛溶液,使缸中甲醛浓度分别为:0,50,100,150,200,250μg/m3,然后接入果蝇让其繁殖,从而分析甲醛对果蝇后代的影响.结果发现,在浓度低时,甲醛对果蝇的影响很小;但随着空气中甲醛浓度的升高,达到200mg/m3以上时,子代数量明显减少,幼虫体内可溶性糖含量均下降,但蛋白质含量变化不大.由于果蝇可对不良环境具适应能力,到F4代,各种效应逐步趋于正常值. After we have acceded to different concentration formaldehyde in close aquarium at time and the concentration of aquarium achieved differently to 0,50,100,150,200,250μg/m3,we analyzed the biologic effects dealing with formaldehyde to Drosophila melanogaster.The result discovered that fruit fly get little damages at lover concentration formaldehyde in air,but amount of filial generation distinctly reduced,the dissoluble sugar content descended,the change of the protein content is not too along with the hoist of the concentration of Formaldehyde in air.Because the fruit fly have the adaptation to badness environment many biologic effects gradually go to ordinary value at F4 generation.
