介绍了NQD-2200型智能柴油凝点在线分析仪在济南分公司常减压蒸馏装置常三线馏出口的应用情况, 两年来的应用表明,柴油凝点在线分析仪的分析数据与化验室的传统分析数据具有较好的符合性,数据偏差在2℃以内,完全可以满足馏出口控制要求。
Application of NQD - 2200 on - line diesel freezing point analyzer at the third side - cut of out of atmospheric tower for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Jinan Company is expounded. Two-year application shows that the analysis data of NQD - 2200 on - line analyzer is in quite accordance with the traditional Lab analysis data and the deviation is within 2℃. The control requirement of side - cut is met.
