摘要
以氯化十八烷基二甲基苄基胺、吗啉、N-甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料制备原油脱硫醇活化剂,并对该活化剂应用于原油的脱硫醇效果进行了研究。实验结果表明,该活化剂有效浓度高,对原料油适应性强,可将原油中硫醇的含量从95μ/g降低到2-12μg/g,效果明显,且该活化剂既适合预制型催化剂,也适合浸渍型催化剂,能保证催化剂活性高,寿命长,处理后的汽油质量明显提高。
A activating agent was prepared by taking octadecyl-dimethyl-benzylammonium chloride, morpholine, and N-methyl-diethanolamine as main feedstock and its application effect on FCC naphtha sweetening is studied. Experimental result shows that the activating agent is characterized by high efficient concentration and better adaptability to feedstock. The mercaptan content in crude oil was reduced from 95 μg/g to 2-12 μg/g. The activating agent is suitable for both prefabrication catalyst and impregnating catalyst, and can promote the catalysts to keep high activity and long life. The treated naphtha quality is evidently improved.
