分析了实施工程量清单报价后可能出现的一些现象,从确定工程合理低价、实行强制招标制度、完善相关法律和法规、建立履约保证金制度和市场清出制度等方面提出了一些对策。
Possible phenomenon with implementation of engineering-quantity list quotation is analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed in the light of reasonable low price for engineering, implementation of bid system, perfecting relative law and code, and establishing performance guarantee system and market rid system.
