摘要
目的探讨急性胰腺炎(acutepancreatitis,AP)患者并发急性肺损伤(acutelunginjury,ALI)的影响因素。方法对230例急性胰腺炎患者进行回顾性分析,观察不同临床分型及有无全身炎症反应综合征(systemicinflammatoryresponsesyndrome,SIRS)对急性胰腺炎患者肺损伤发生率的影响。同时分析急性胰腺炎并发肺损伤与预后的关系。结果急性胰腺炎的不同临床分型、有无SIRS存在与ALI的发生与否有密切关系,与无ALI并发症者比较,并发ALI的AP组的治愈率降低,病死率升高,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论临床分型及SIRS状态对AP并发ALI的发生至关重要。且ALI的发生对AP患者的预后有明显影响。
ObjectiveTo study the impact factors of acute lung injury(ALI) complicating acute pancreatitis(AP). MethodsTwo hundred and thirty patients with acute pancreatitis were analyzed to study the impact of the clinical kinds and systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).At the same time, the relationship of acute pancreatitis with ALI and prognosis was also studied. ResultsIt is showed that the clinical kinds and the incidence of SIRS are significantly related to the incidence of ALI(P<0.001).The incidence of ALI impacted prognosis. The difference is significant. ConclusionThe clinical kinds and incidence of SIRS or no SIRS is very important with the incidence of ALI complicating AP. And ALI impacts the prognosis.
