摘要 目的:观察经颅多谱勒超声(TCD)和脑血管造影(DSA)对缺血性脑血管病诊断的差异性。方法:收集40例缺血性脑血管病患者,均行TCD和DSA检查。结果:共检查血管440条,以DSA为标准,TCD诊断血管狭窄的敏感性是88.4%,特异性是98.7%,假阳性是7.6%,假阴性是2.1%。结论:TCD对诊断颅内血管狭窄具有较高的特异性和敏感性,对缺血性脑血管病的临床筛选和早期诊断具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To evaluate the transcranial Doppler(TCD) for the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in comparison with the use of digital subtraction angiography (DSA ). Methods Forty patients were collected and examined by TCD and DSA. Results Four hundred and forty Cerebral vessels were examined. On the standard of DSA, the sensitivity of the transcranial Doppler examination for arterial stenosis was 88.4%,the specificity was 98.7%,False-positive was 7.6%,False-negative was 2.1%.Proportion of misdiagnosis in intracranial vessels and extracranial vessels by TCD was 2%. Conclusion For the diagnosis of arterial stenosis in intracranial vessels, the specificity and sensitivity of TCD would be relatively reliable, It’s valuable for the Clinical screening and the earlier diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease.
