线状扁平型尖锐湿疣1例

Linear flat condyloma acuminata: a case report

报告1例线状扁平型尖锐湿疣。患者男,27岁。3个月前包皮内侧出现肤色扁平丘疹成串排列,无自觉症状。5%醋酸白试验阳性。皮肤组织病理检查示:棘层肥厚,表皮上部可见典型的凹空细胞,基底层无色素增加,表皮细胞无异形性改变;皮损HPV16DNA检测阳性。给予2次冷冻治疗后皮损消退,随访2个月无复发。

We report a 27- year- old male with linear flat condyloma acuminata. He had many skin- colored flat papules onthe inferior of his prepuce for 2 months, and aceto-whitening test was positive, flat papules aggregated and aligned in severallines (isomorphic like reaction). Skin biopsy showed acanthosis and typical koilocytes in the superficial epidermis with no hyperpig-mentation in basal layer and no cellular atypia and disorderly arrangements. HPV 16 DNA in the lesions was detected byPCR. The lesions were removed by cryotherapy and no recurrence was observed after 2 months.
