摘要
本工作通过观察比较电针“人中”和电针“足三里”对大鼠蓝斑核神经元活动的影响，表明电针“人中”或电针“足三里”升高血压的中枢机制与蓝斑核的参与有关，且电针“人中”比电针“足三里“对蓝斑核神经元活动的影响更明显。同时说明穴位相对特异性的存在。
In this study, the effects of acupuncture on 'Renzhong'and'Zusanli'on the neuronal activity of LC in rats were comparatively observed. The results suggested that there was a relationship between the central mechanism of promoting blood pressure (BP) by acupuncturing'Renzhong' and the activity of LC; the influence of acupuncturing'Renzhong'on neuronal activity of LC was more obvious than that of acupuncturing'Zusanli'.It indicated that there was the relative specificity of the acupoints.
