针刺不同穴位对总产程影响的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Influence of Puncturing Different Points on the Whole Stage of Labor

本文通过针刺不同穴位，对四组共１０１例孕妇进行了临床观察。结果，耳神门组和三阴交组都具有缩短产程的作用，与阳陵泉组和空白对照组比较有显著差异。其中耳神门组的作用最强，从临床观察看，其镇静止痛作用也较好。而阳陵泉穴即使配上合谷穴，对产程也没有影响，与对照组比较无统计学意义。

gravidas were divided into 4 groups, each of which was needled on different point by the authors. The result showed that both Ear-Shenmen(AM-TFI ) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)were able to shorten the duration of labor and of marked difference with the other 2 points. Ear-Shenmen was especially more effective and also had fair analgesic and sedative effect in light of the observation in clinic. Yang lingquan (GB 34) even in combination with Hegu (LI 4)had no influence on the stages of labor with statistically insignificant difference in comparison with control group.
