原位生成Al_2O_3增强Al-4Mg基复合材料中的Al_2O_3/Al位向关系

摘要 综合搅拌铸造法和原位反应制备了Al2Oa颗粒增强Al-4Mg基复合材料,并对制备的Al-4Mg基复合材料进行了透射电镜(TEM)观察分析,发现Al2O3/Al之间不存在固定的位向关系,但存在如下优先的位向关系: (1210)Al2O3// (111)Al,[1012]Al2O3//[112]Al,[2021]Al2O3//[101]Al. Al2O3 particles, in situ decomposed from Al-2(SO4)(3), reinforced Al-4Mg matrix composites were made through stir casting. Al2O3/Al interface in the Al-4Mg matrix composites was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The measurements of crystallographic orientation relationship between Al2O3 and Al at Al2O3/Al interface show that no fixed and unique orientation relationship existed, though the following preferential ones were observed: (1(2) over bar 10)(Al2O3) parallel to (111)(Al), [10(1) over bar 2](Al2O3) parallel to [11(2) over bar](Al), [2(0) over bar 21](Al2O3) parallel to [10(1) over bar](Al).
