摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声早期诊断不同部位宫外孕的价值。方法:以高频探头经阴道对242例临床怀疑宫外孕患者进行观察诊断,术后经病理证实。结果:阴道超声首次检查诊断宫外孕178例,检出率73.6%,第2次检出53例,检出率达21.9%,漏误诊11例。结论:阴道超声检查对早期宫外孕的诊断快速、简便,有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study the use of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancies in different locations by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods:Two hundreds and forty-two clinically suspected cases of ectopic pregnancy were detected by high frequency ultrasound probe. The findings were validated by pathological diagnosis after surgery.Results:One hundred and seventeen-eight cases (73.6%) were correctly diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound in the first attempt. Of the remaining 64 cases, fifteen-three cases (21.9%) were correctly diagnosed at the second attempt. Altogether, eleven cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion:Transvaginal sonography is a rapid and simple method for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancies.
