妊娠中晚期急性阑尾炎的诊断和治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of appendicitis in the second and third trimester

目的:探讨妊娠中晚期急性阑尾炎的诊断与治疗。方法:对我院近年来收治的56例妊娠中晚期急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:56例患者中,初诊为阑尾炎者为36例(64.3%);经相关科室会诊后,复诊为阑尾炎者19例(35.7%);手术治疗者43例(63.8%);非手术治疗者13例(23.2%),非手术治疗失败者7例(53.8%)。结论:妊娠中晚期阑尾炎临床表现不典型,易引起临床误诊,一旦确诊,应及时手术。

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of appendicitis in the second and third trimester.Methods:56 cases of appendicitis in the second and third trimester were analyzed.Results:Of 56 cases, 36 cases(64.3%) were first diagnosed as appendicitis, 20 cases(35.7%) were diagnosed as appendicitis after several consultation. 43 patients(63.8%) were operated, 13 patients (23.2%)chose the non-operation therapy, 7 cases(53.8%) failed after the non-operation therapy. Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of appendicitis in the second and third trimester is atypical, which easily induces to misdiagnosis. Operation is the first choice of treatment after diagnosis.
