摘要
目的:探讨肾脏肿瘤中彩色多普勒血流成像技术为肾脏肿瘤的定性诊断提供有价值的指标.方法:运用彩色多普勒超声对56例肾脏肿瘤患者及30例正常人的肾脏血流信号进行研究.结果:肾脏恶性肿瘤组肾动脉峰值流速高于良性肿瘤组及正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01),阻力指数(RI)低于良性肿瘤组及正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01).而肾脏良性肿瘤组与正常组之间差异无显著性.89.2%的肾细胞癌内部血流信号丰富,以Ⅱ级和Ⅲ血流为主,血流形态呈多样化.而肾盂癌和肾良性肿瘤血流分级均为0~Ⅰ级,血流形态单一,与肾细胞癌明显不同(P<0.01).结论:彩色多普勒技术(CDFI)对肾肿瘤患者肾动脉血流参数的检测,有助于其定性诊断,具有较大的临床实用价值.
Objective: To study the role of Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in patients with renal tumors in differentiating the malignant from the benign. Methods: 56 patients and 30 normal persons were examined with CDFI. Results: The mean peak velocity of kidney was higher and RI was lower than in the normal. 89.2% cases of renal cell carcinomas were showed high blood perfusion, and most of them were in high grade perfusion; while all the benign renal tumors were in low grade perfusion and their flow images were much different from those of renal cell carcinomas (P<0.01). Conclusion: The CDFI parameters in patients with renal tumors are helpful in distinguishing the malignant renal neoplasm from the benign.
