针刺治疗局限性硬皮病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases or Circumscribed Scleroderma Treated with Acupuncture

以针刺治疗局限性硬皮病３０例。病变在前额者主穴取上星、阳白、头维，配穴取印堂、太阳；病变在上肢者主穴取大椎、扶突，配穴取血海、三阴交；腰背下肢合并病变者主穴取腰阳关、环跳、秩边，配穴为三阴交、承山。使用烧山火手法，使局部产生温热感。经过１～６个疗程治疗，３０例全部治愈。表明针刺可增强机体免疫力，改善局部血液循环，促进组织修复而达到治疗目的。

Thirty cases of circumscribed scleroderma were treated with acupuncture. Main points Shangxing (GV23),Yangbai (GV14),Touwei (ST8)and adjuvant points Yintang (EX-HN3),Taiyang (EX-HN5) were selected for the patients who had pathologic change on the forehead. While main points Dazhui (GV14), Futu (LI18) and adjuvant points Xuehai (SP10), Sanyinjiao (SP6) were choiced for the patients with pathologic change on the upper limbs, and main points Yaoyangquan (GV3),Huantiao (GB30 ), Zhibian (BL54)and the adjuvant points Chengshan (BL57), Sanyinjiao (SP6) were used for the patients with pathologic change on both the lumbodorsal part and the Lower extremities. Heat-producing needling method was used to induce locally warm-heat sensation. After 1-6 therapeutic courses,the 30 cases all cured.
