花生PCR模板提取方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 用改良的CTAB法和煮沸法两种方法提取花生基因组DNA.紫外分光光度法和0.8%水平琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测结果表明:改良的CTAB法虽然步骤多,但所提DNA的质量和纯度比煮沸法高,且都符合一般分子生物学反应DNA的最佳质量要求. Both the improved CTAB method of DNA extraction and the boiling method of DNA extraction were used to extract the peanut total genome DNA.The results showed that the steps of improved CTAB method was much more complex, but the concentration and purity of DNA was higher than that of the boiling, which matched with optimal quality request in molecular biology·
