利用“3S”技术,构建黑龙江省市县林区森林资源现代化管理平台,实现森林资源连续清查分布信息的数字化、图像化、远程化和动态化管理。
We'll establish a managing section to mordernize forest resources in the counties and cities of forest area in Heilongjiang province,with '3S' technology.Thus we can have a successive check about forest resources,aiming at having a digstal,graphic,tele-distance jugement and stationary samples of land.
