“拉美路径”给彷徨中的拉美国家带去发展希望的同时,也埋下了祸端,而支持“拉美路径”运作的思想是新自由主义。新自由主义在拉美的泛滥造成了严重危害,这需要人们对其进行认真思考。
When “Latin American Way” raised hopes for the development among wavering Latin American countries,it bores the source of disaster as well. It is the new-liberalism that backs up this thought of performance. The rampancy of new-liberalism has grave consequences,which needs serious consideration.
