非语言交际在人类交际过程中扮演着重要的角色,也因而受到人们的广泛关注。本文概述了非语言交际理论的诞生和发展。重点阐述了非语言交际行为的重要功能、特点以及常见的非语言行为沟通渠道和非语言行为的含义。在此基础上,作者分析了非语言行为的基本解读向度,非语言沟通的差异,进而指出如何提高非语言交际的品质。

Non-verbal communication,which plays an important role in the interaction between human beings,draws great attention to its study and research. The thesis presents a simple picture of the birth and development of non-verbal communication theory.The important function,characteristics and some common non-verbal communication channels are specifically concerned as well as their connotations respectively. The author analyzes the basic decoding manners differences of non-verbal communication behaviors and how to improve non-verbal communication quality.
