蔡元培“兼容并包”聘任制对我国高校用人制度改革的启示

The Enlightenment of Cai Yuan-pei’s All Embracing on Reforming University Personnel System

近现代教育家蔡元培在北大担任校长时不拘一格广聘合格教师,实行“兼容并包”聘任制,又制定并坚守“兼容并包”聘任的原则,在北大实行革故鼎新,开创了一个具有良好氛围的多元化学术格局,这对当今我国高校用人制度改革———健全和完善岗位聘任制带来了一定的启示。

When Cai Yuan-pei,who was an educationist of modern times worked as the president of Peking University,he carried out the system of all embracing and formulated the principle of it. He discarded the old ways of life in favor of the new and set up a good varied learning structure,which enlighten the reforming university personnel system——amplifying and perfecting the system of post appointment.
