摘要 首先从燃烧角度分析了影响循环流化床锅炉飞灰含碳量的主要因素,然后针对HG-465/13.7-L.PM7型循环流化床锅炉实际运行中存在的飞灰含碳量高的问题,根据理论分析并结合现场试验,分析得到了煤质及运行参数对飞灰含碳量的影响。利用试验结果指导运行,使该炉的飞灰含碳量由原来的18%降低到12%。 First, from the viewpoint of combustion an analysis was conducted of the main factors which may influence the carbon content of fly ash in a circulating fluidized bed boiler. Then, in the light of the high carbon content of fly ash during the practical operation of a HG-465/13.7-L.PM 7 circulating fluidized bed boiler the impact of coal quality and operating parameters on fly-ash carbon content was ascertained by an analysis on the basis of theoretical investigation in conjunction with on-site tests. The test results have been used to guide boiler operation, resulting in a reduction of fly-ash carbon content from the original 18% to 12%.
